During this session Mike will step you through a proven method to facilitate creating a successful workflow, starting from customer expectations through production. A lot can go wrong between the sales call and the final proof of a variable print job or multi-channel campaign. Mike will introduce the concept of the Variable Information "Planning Document". The planning document helps service providers capture the right collaterals from the client to provide to their pre media department.
