Ken Rizzo oversees and supports Printing Industries of America's Consulting Group activities, Process Controls development, and Lab services. An experienced process improvement specialist certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9000. Ken helps printers decrease waste, troubleshoot print problems, maintain high productivity, and establish quality, process control and maintenance standards. Ken has authored dozens of articles for leading industry publications as well as the book Total Production Maintenance: A guide to the Printing Industry. He is a frequent seminar speaker at major industry events and noted workshop lecturer and trainer.
